SUITABLE FOR NEW BUILDS AND FULL RENOVATIONS
We take the pain and hassle out of what can be a very overwhelming, time consuming and costly process. If you are planning a renovation or new build, our full scope Interior Design service is perfect for you.

We will work with you from the beginning to create a design framework for the builders to use as your build progresses. This framework will be the bible for your build and every detail will be noted right down to the light switches, door handles to kitchen taps to which direction the tiles should be laid in your bathroom. No stone will be left left unturned which means you won’t be answering questions from the builder every five minutes.

Our focus is on creating a space that is both practical and stylish and serves the needs of the individuals that live in the home. It’s a collaborative process and so we drawer out your personality and apply it back into your home through considered design.
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
OUR FULL SCOPE DESIGN SERVICE INCLUDES :
INTERIOR HARD FIT-OUT FINSIHES
Interior specifications and selections for all relevant finishes documented in a schedule. (E.g. paint colours, feature wall treatments, carpet, tiles, timber and hardware and lighting fixtures)
INTERIOR SOFT FIT-OUT FINISHES
Product selections for soft fit-out, including window treatments, furniture, rugs, accessories, art etc all documented in a schedule.
KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY FINISHES
Kitchen, bathroom and laundry design, along with the selection of all relevant fixtures, finishes and fittings.
EXTERIOR COLOUR AND FINISHES
Selection of Hard Fitout items documented in a schedule such as roofing, gutters, cladding, paint colours joinery powder coat colours etc.
We can facilitate the ordering of products to work with your timeline, and can arrange on-site visits to maintain the integrity of the approved design.

Whether you are stuck on selecting the perfect colour scheme for your home, to just wanting a seasonal cushion update, our Mini Design service offers you the perfect opportunity to help clarify and distil your vision for your home.
Colour Consultations
When it comes to choosing a colour scheme for the interior and exterior of your home there are a number of factors that need to be taken into consideration. How are those colours affected by both natural and artificial lighting? Do those colours work cohesively with the other elements throughout your home?
We offer 2 hour colour consults that will help you select your homes perfect colour palette confidently. Each session will be one-on-one with lead designer, Catherine, allowing you to access her wealth of design experience.
2 HOUR EXTERIOR COLOURS AND FINISHES
Specification of exterior paint colours along with roof and cladding finishes etc. (i.e Paint and/or stain colours along with roof and joinery options.) Paint swatches and finishes are provided free of charge where possible.
2 HOUR INTERIOR COLOURS AND FINISHES
Specification of interior paint and hard finishes to flooring, cabinetry, window treatments. Paint swatches and finishes are provided free-of-charge where possible.
