Initial discovery consultation
We will meet for an initial consultation on site to chat through your vision for your home and your desired design direction. We use this as an information gathering exercise where we listen and take notes about what you would like to accomplish. This consult is a working appointment where we will take photos and run through the floor plans (if you already have these) and view any imagery that illustrates the aesthetic you are hoping to achieve.

We will take time to learn about you, your family and your lifestyle to help determine the brief along with your timeframe and budget.

phase
Estimate fee proposal
Equipped with a detailed scope of work, we provide you with a package price based on the estimated amount of time required to meet your brief, This will then need to be approved by yourselves prior to commencement of work.
Moodboard and plans
On your acceptance of the fee estimate we will refine the general style of your interior and review the architects plans in more detail. We will then create a personalised visual presentation of our approach and the design direction. This will include colour palettes, overall aesthetic and any reference imagery along with relevant samples of finishes for your feedback.

We will then meet to present a concept board and discuss our recommen-dations. Once you are happy with the direction of the design, We will commence specifying all products and finishes.

research
Design and material selection
We will select these from several different suppliers, determined by the design aesthetic, budgetary and timeline considerations for your project.

Exterior colour and finish selections
include: Roofing, cladding, fascia, spouting, soffits, joinery, front door and garage door.
Interior colour and finish seletions include: Walls, ceiling, doors and trims finishes. Flooring specifications, kitchen finishes selections along with bathroom plumbing selections.
It is at this stage, after your confirmation that we will produce a comprehensive finishes schedule that ensures all the necessary details and information is on hand for anyone working on the project.

design
Furniture and accessories selection
This is what we like to think of as the important final layer which creates personality and a soul for your home. It is here that we will offer recommendations for each space which will complement the interior architecture of your home.
This includes sourcing and specifying furniture, furnishings and accessories. All options are then put into a schedule, outlining each space, item by item.
Management and procurement
We can take care of all the logistics for you, ordering items on your behalf, communicating back and forth with suppliers and coordinating deliveries to site according to the build schedule.

install
Installation
Once the building works are complete and everything has been delivered, we will return to install all the soft furnishings and see that the project is brought to life. All items are carefully placed and styled to then be adored. What was once just a dream is now your reality!
